SIP Trunks are like traditional analogue phone lines, but provided over the Internet. There are two main types:
PAYG: You Pay As You Go based on usage (mainly outbound calls) with call rates applied.
Unlimited: A fixed subscription that includes all calls, subject to Fair Usage Policy.
Once you choose a plan and provision your trunks, the porting process begins. Monthly bills are issued by Breeze Connect.
Telco onboarding is free, and we can assist with phone system reconfiguration (additional charges apply). Eligible clients with high telco usage may qualify for free migration.
Apply when using a PAYG SIP Trunk for outbound calls. Outbound call charges are as below;
— Local & National Calls: 9c flat
— Mobile: 14c/minute (billed per second) + 14c flagfall
— Calls to 1300 numbers: 28c flat
— Calls to 1800 numbers: Free

Is the process of transferring one or more phone numbers from your current provider (the losing carrier) to CALLPRO and Breeze Connect as the gaining provider. We handle this process with the utmost care on your behalf.

Channels refer to how many calls (inbound or outbound) your system can handle at the same time – especially during peak periods. Phone Numbers (DIDs) are what external callers dial to reach your system.
You can have just 1 line but 10 phone numbers – meaning only one call to any of those 10 numbers at a time. Or you might have 10 lines with just 1 number, allowing ten simultaneous calls.
